Sentinel First Response | RJK Enterprises LLC
Effective Date: July 6, 2026 · Last Updated: July 6, 2026
1. Overview
RJK Enterprises LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) built Sentinel First Response (“App”) as a subscription-based mobile application for iOS. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.
The short version: Sentinel First Response stores your data on your device. If you choose to enable backups, a copy of your data is stored in your own private Apple iCloud account, which only you can access. We have no servers of our own. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information, and we have no ability to see your data.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:
- Your name, email address, or contact information
- Your location data
- Your device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Crash reports or analytics data
- Usage statistics or behavioral data
- Any data through third-party SDKs or analytics platforms
Sentinel First Response contains no third-party analytics, advertising frameworks, or crash reporting tools.
3. Information you enter into the App
All data you enter into Sentinel First Response, including shift records, payroll tracking information, time bank balances, overtime calculations, journal entries, and related details, is stored on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. This data is never accessible to us.
If you delete the App, all locally stored data is permanently deleted from your device. We have no ability to recover it. (See Section 4 regarding backups.)
4. iCloud backups (optional)
Sentinel First Response can back up your data to your own private Apple iCloud account so you can restore it or move to a new device. Backups work as follows:
- Backups are stored only in your personal iCloud account, inside a private app container. We cannot access, view, or retrieve them.
- You control backups. You may turn automatic backups on or off at any time in the App’s settings. When enabled, the App creates a backup no more than once per day.
- You may also manually export a backup file and share it to a destination you choose (for example, Files, email, or AirDrop). What you do with an exported file is under your control.
- If you are not signed in to iCloud, no iCloud backups are created.
Backups stored in iCloud are subject to Apple’s iCloud terms and privacy practices. Deleting the App does not automatically delete backups already saved in your iCloud account; you can remove those from your iCloud storage.
5. HealthKit data
Sentinel First Response requests read-only access to the following Apple HealthKit data types to power the App’s wellness tracking features:
- Sleep Analysis (and your Sleep goal)
- Active Energy Burned (and your Move goal)
- Exercise Minutes (and your Exercise goal)
- Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
- Resting Heart Rate
- Respiratory Rate
- Wrist Temperature
This HealthKit data is accessed read-only, processed and displayed within the App on your device for your personal reference, and is never transmitted to us, sold, or shared. We do not write any data back to HealthKit.
We do not use HealthKit data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than displaying wellness metrics within the App.
You may revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Sentinel First Response.
6. Apple App Store and subscriptions
Sentinel First Response is available through the Apple App Store on a subscription basis. All payments and billing are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information. Please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy for information on how Apple handles your payment and App Store data.
7. Children’s privacy
Sentinel First Response is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. Data security
Because your data is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account, its security is governed by your device’s security settings and your Apple ID protections, including your iOS passcode and Face ID / Touch ID. We recommend keeping your device updated and secured with a strong passcode.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at the URL below and reflected in an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
